We cannot say enough great things about Doug. As first time home buyers, there is understandably a lot of questions and stress that come up in the process. Doug was able to basically eliminate the stress of the 'unknown' and walked us through the process step by step. he was there with an answer to any questions we had along the way and truly made us feel completely confident in our decisions. From start to finish everything went smoother than we could have ever asked for and we cannot thank him (or recommend him) enough.!

Of special note was Doug's availability over what was a very extended process ... we made multiple offers on very tight deadlines from the seller and he was always willing to drop what he was doing and help us through the process.
